Welcome to the Strategy Studio

You don’t need more ‘thinking time’ -You need someone who can see what you can’t.

Most founders who come to me aren’t stuck because they lack ideas or intelligence. They’re stuck because they’re too close to their own business to see it clearly.

I come in, see the whole picture, and tell you exactly what I see; no fluff, no frameworks for the sake of it - just the clarity that moves you forward, fast.

Who this is for

You’re a neurodivergent founder with a real problem and the self-awareness to know you need an outside perspective.

You’re not looking for someone to hold your hand — you want a thinking partner who’ll tell you the truth, fast, and trust you to do something with it.

That’s what a Breakthrough Sprint is. A concentrated session of clear, honest strategic thinking — applied to your specific problem, by someone who has seen almost every version of it before.

After 18 years building businesses, I’ve noticed something. The stuck feeling is rarely about missing information - it’s about being too close to see clearly.

Choose your format:

I work with people in the way that best suits them - choose from a one off call or a short, sharp sprint.

Some of my wonderful past clients…

  • We have LOVED working with Amanda.
There are so many reasons, but *the* most important one is that she took the time to understand us. She got our values and priorities and made sure that as she worked with us, that this was front and centre in her approach.

I’ve worked with other consultants before but always felt like I was being squeezed and compromised into behaving in a way that didn’t really fit for me.

On top of that, she really knows her stuff - she strategies and invents, she does what she says she is going to do, she cheers you on and makes you believe you can do, and makes sure you act upon what you have committed to.

We are so grateful for the wisdom, advice and encouragement and feedback. I know we will work with her again in the future, if she wil have us!

  • Working with Amanda is a literal joy.

She just gets me and keeps me grounded. She has sparked something inside of me that I thought I had lost and for that I couldn't be more grateful.
Amanda sees things in a different way and says things that make me have lightbulb moments continuously.

Amanda has the ability to make me want to show up for myself which being neurodivergent can sometimes feel impossible and I don't always feel like I can, let alone want to - but something about having Amanda in my corner makes me want to do this more than ever for myself and the results are speaking for themselves.

Benny Young - Self love + Confidence Expert

  • I absolutely LOVE working with Amanda.
I have worked with many wonderful coaches over the years and I can truly say that Amanda is one of the best! Her ability to help turn chaos into order is unmatched. As a busy founder with lots of projects and creative ideas, Amanda has helped me clarify my vision, prioritize what’s important, and organize my business in a way that truly works for me - allowing me to thrive as a leader, deeply benefiting not just me but my team as well. I highly recommend working with her in any capacity.

Right fit / not right fit

Harsh, but helpful things I’ve learnt from supporting ADHD clients for the last 5 years:

Right fit

  • You have a specific problem, not a vague feeling.

  • You’re ready to be challenged, not reassured.

  • You want a quick result, not ongoing support.

  • You’ll know what to do with clarity once you have it.

Not right fit

  • You’re looking for ongoing support with no defined endpoint.

  • You need to be talked into the investment.

  • You’re coming because you follow me on Insta, not because of the outcome.

Amanda is an authentic, understanding, and inspiring business coach.
She f*cking gets it, and thank god we have someone like her in the ADHD community.
