I built the business. Then I burned it down.

I ran a successful agency for 5 years.

From the outside, it looked like I had it all figured out; the team, the clients, the awards, the lifestyle - but the reality was I was burnt out; masking my way through each day, relying on toxic dopamine to keep me going, and rapidly declining in almost every area of my life.

When I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 42, everything came together… and then instantly fell apart.

The systems I’d built, the role I’d created, the version of “success” I was chasing - it made me realise that none of it actually worked for me… and never had.

So I stopped - I stripped it all back.

And I rebuilt - around my brain, my energy, and what actually feels good to me. It started as a challenge - and ended as the single best business move I ever made.

Now, I help other brilliant, but burnt out and overwhelmed founders and leaders do the same.

FEATURED IN:

I’m Amanda Perry - strategist, mentor, and creator of the Brain First Method

I work with ADHD entrepreneurs and business owners who are over trying to fix themselves and ready to fix their business model instead.

My job isn’t to give you another rigid system to follow, or create a strategy that you’ll love, but never look at again - it’s to help you design a business that fits you; your brain, your capacity, your vision - so you can do your best work without burning out.

I blend 18 years of professional experience with personal lived experience to my work, making sure that every client leaves with a unique and actionable plan that works for their commercial, and life goals.

This isn’t a one size fits all, ‘hacks + hype’ session… It’s a rebuild - from the inside out.

You’re not here because you need fixing.

You’re here because you’re ready to build something that actually works.

I needed some help on deciding how to move forward with an idea I had at 1am (typical ADHD style). There was only one person I knew to turn to, and that was Amanda.

I hadn’t ever worked with her before, but in one call and some Vox messages the following week, the breakthroughs I had were exactly what I see and share with my clients.
